If anyone else is trying to import their contacts into Gmail, and finding that Gmail can't accept Sandy's VCF files, I found this utility to convert VCF to CSV for Gmail: http://labs.brotherli.ch/vcfconvert/

I think either way you are counting on Sandy's servers to actually delete the data when you tell them to. After all, it's possible that they actually archive off data when you ask Sandy to forget things.

If you trust Rael, he should delete the database when Sandy goes dark.

With Sandy due to be shut down in a few weeks, I'm trying to download all of the data I have stored with her so I can archive it locally. I see there is an RSS feed for appointments and reminders, but how can I similarly download *all* of my contacts at once?

Also, how can I download all of my notes and bookmarks?
