Sir our problem is that there is a home at london and it was on name of my father aziz ur rehman now he has died. property is left behind to follwing mentioned below

Aziz-ur-rehman h/o afzun begum
f/o
safina tahir (daughter)
latif ur rehman (son)
altaf ur rehman (son)
asfaq ur rehman (son) (only he has been staying at london for years and rarely goes to london)

address: 49 woodstock road, barnet , near golders green , london NW11.

1.first step is to check that wethear these three brothers have transfered the home or not on there names if so then that is done on fake signature
2.if the home is still on the name of aziz ur rehman so we want that the home should not transfer in my absence (safina tahir)
3.the home is on rent and we should recieve rent of our shares also.

asfaq ur rehman will be coming to london by the end of this month and before he comes we want to stay the property and should not transfer in absence of safina tahir

if the property is transfered or solded in absence of safina tahir the department shall be responsible for it
