I'm using Chrome/FIrefox on WinXPmce SP2. I go to Dashboard > Account settings > Your icon and choose a file (.jpg) under 1MB. The file name appears in the text box next to the 'Choose icon' button.

Please restore the default as existing till yesterday, i.e. transaction descriptions show "exactly" what the user has entered.
