Salman Ansari replied on September 09, 2009 19:01 to the question "Poll Results" in Involver:
Hi Dakota,
Facebook does not pass any information about the user when you view a tab, so we cannot determine that you have voted in the poll when loading the page.
I should also mention that unless the administrator of the poll has explicitly allowed it, you will not actually be able to vote again if you tried. The poll application will give you back a response message letting you know you already voted.
Thanks for your feedback!

Hey Kathy,
You might also want to try the developer support page: http://www.facebook.com/developers/de...
I've had tickets created there that at least received a response within 48 hours (whether they solve the problem is entirely a different matter).
Good luck!

Hi Sherra,
Publishing to the wall is a feature only available through our Involver Basic or Involver Pro packages. You can upgrade to them by clicking any of the upgrade links found on your settings page, or visit: http://www.involver.com/buy
Thanks for using Involver!
Salman Ansari replied on August 25, 2009 13:01 to the question "Can't reinstall Twitter for Pages" in Involver:
Hey Mike,
Please note that the Involver Basic plan only allows 1 automatic status update per day. To allow more status updates to be automatically published, you can check out the Involver Pro plan.
Since you are in a trial, you are free to try Involver Pro without charge until the remainder of your trial period. To switch your plan to Involver Pro, you can select the "My Involver Account" link at the top right on your settings page.
Let me know if there's anything else I can help with, and thanks for using Involver!

Salman Ansari replied on August 25, 2009 06:30 to the question "Can't reinstall Twitter for Pages" in Involver:
Hey Mike,
First of all --- thanks for the very helpful screencast. That is definitely the most detail I've ever gotten, so I appreciate that.
The error message you were seeing is usually associated with downtime on Twitter's end. Twitter did indeed have some unexpected downtime today (see http://status.twitter.com/post/170695...), which may explain the issues you were experiencing with saving your settings.
As for the double-posting, that is indeed a troubling issue, and we are currently looking into what exactly happened there --- it may have been related to the downtime, but we will investigate and ensure that does not happen in the future.
Lastly, I just checked your fan page and wall and the twitter tab seems to be showing your tweets correctly (http://img.skitch.com/20090825-f98feb...), with the latest tweet posted on your wall. Can you confirm that you are still experiencing issues?
Thanks again for the report and the additional details.
Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, and thanks for using Involver!

Hey Mike,
If your fan page doesn't appear in the list, that means that you already have it installed. It may be that you have just removed the tab for the Twitter for Pages app, which you can re-add simply by hitting the + icon and finding the app once again.
If you visit your fan page settings page (click Edit Page under your fan page profile picture), do you see "Twitter for Pages" in the list?

Hi Marzia,
The Involver Fan Page applications are only supported for installs onto facebook fan pages, not user profiles. To use our applications, you can create a fan page here: http://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php and then install on or more of the applications such as RSS for Pages from our suite.
Thanks for your interest in Involver for Pages!

Hi Andru,
There seems to have been an issue with caching which resulted in your latest video not being imported. We have resolved the issue, and your latest video "Zune HD Hands-on Preview" is now showing up in your tab.
Our apologies for the inconvenience, and thanks for using Involver!
Please let me know if you have any other issues.
Thanks.

Hey mjones,
If you visit your favorites URL again: http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/us..., you will now see the error "Favorites of requested user are not public."
This means that you have some setting in your YouTube channel which is making your favorites inaccessible to the public. Please check your channel settings and ensure that the favorites are set to be public.
We will go ahead and update our application so that when it encounters this error, the error message will advise the user about making favorites public.
