I actually have the opposite problem. If I use Qik, then go back and use the camcorder application for android, then when I go back to run qik again, it loads the android camcorder app instead of Qik.

Looks like delayed uploading is working on the new Android app.
First I logged in with Qik then turned off wifi/edge etc. (put phone into airplane mode). Then recorded two video clips. Afterwards I turned wifi back on then a pop-up appeared saying "Uploading unsent data" and the videos were then sent to qik. So it looks like it does keep a local buffer/storage of clips to be uploaded later. A quick look at the SD card contents and you'll find a bunch of qik????.3gp files in the rot folder.

android bug maybe? After recording a video, a message bubble pops up saying "Uploading unsent data 100%" and it won't go away. Even if I click the home button ... I can see all my home icons but the text bubble is still there on screen ontop of the icons.

I just downloaded the latest Android version and it looks like this feature was just added (last day or 2 maybe?). Now after I end streaming from the phone, a little bubble appears and says something like like uploading missing video.
