The field shown in that screenshot is the search field for games, not the place that is used for adding games to your gamerDNA. Sorry for not linking to the page in my original post.

What may have happened is that your email service has blocked gamerDNA or something similar.

Hi Kyle!

I think this is a problem due to our server caching things for a period of time. I'm guessing that this problem is now fixed, since the cache should have refreshed and changed the link in your navigation.

Are you still having this problem?

Hey King Runite1!

I've fixed your account by adding an underscore to your name, instead of the space. GamerDNA no longer supports spaces in names, which we did when your account was created back in January of 2008. This change (the underscore being added to your name) will be reflected in your login name, so keep that in mind when logging in.

Unfortunately we're unable to reproduce this problem. The best solution would be to update your browser to IE8 or use Firefox or Google Chrome, since IE7 is an out of date browser.

Hey Kossak, sorry for the delay.

When adding a game to your gamerDNA, type in the full name. If the game doesn't exist in our database, the drop-down that appears while you're typing should have "Add X" at the very bottom of the drop-down (X being the name of the game you typed in).

Click on Add, tell us what platform that game is on on the following page, and you should be good to go!
