    I'm even more frustrated that no one from I Want Sandy has replied. I love I Want Sandy, but I can't seem to get help from anyone.

    I can't ever get my Google Calendar to update. I've followed everything on the site they've told me. I was REALLY hoping one of the administrators would respond and solve this mystery.

    I just have a hard time believing that in today's technological world it is that difficult to put a button up so we can manually update Google Calendar if nothing else. I don't know, maybe it is more difficult than I suspect.

    If anyone from I Want Sandy is out there, could you please respond and let us know if anyone is working on this or ???

    How can I refresh the ical feed sent to Google Calendar?
    I have subscribed to the ical feed so Sandy's calendar will be sent to my Google Calendar, but when I add items, they are not shown on my Google Calendar and I do not receive reminders from Google regularly. I can unsubscribe and resubscribe and that seems to reset the reminders, but that's a pain.

    Is there a way I can just send a refresh to Google Calendar?

    They don't seem to be able to figure it out on their end. Is there a way Sandy can figure it out on her end so she can either send an automatic refresh every 10 or 15 minutes, or at least a manual option where we can just click on something and it will automatically send a fresh ical feed to update Google Calendar?

    Usually, I use FireFox but sometimes I use IE6.

    I don't think I have cookies blocked, but maybe I do. If you can offer remedies, I'm all open because it's very aggravating.

    Also, one other question. I have a meeting that is held the 2nd and 4th Tuesday every month. Is there a way I can tell Sandy that?

    Sandy forgets me and tells me to go away!
    Sandy won't remember my e-mail log in AND she logs me off automatically after a period of time. How can these two things be fixed?

    It is very aggravating! I would like to leave Sandy open so I can switch back to her to see my information, but every time I do, she has logged me off and I have to go through the whole process all over again because even though I have checked the "remember me" box numerous times, I still have to put my e-mail address in every time. I'm guessing Sandy logs out after a period of time for security, but can it be made optional so we can stay logged in if we want to?

    I finally got the activation e-mail and replied like it told me to -- "remind me to call Jamie in 1 minute", but I never got the reminder. I sent the reminder at 8:16 and a second reminder message at 8:23. It's now 8:30 and still nothing.

    I love the concept of I Want Sandy, but if I can't rely on the service to send timely messages, I don't think it's going to help me very much. Hopefully, they can get the glitches worked out so messages are sent on time.

    I also have never received the welcome message for my secondary e-mail account and I have re-sent it multiple times now.

    Hopefully, someone will let us know what's going on and if they can get all this fixed.
