Testing Recite on Windows Mobile Emulator

I wanted to know if Recite can be installed (and works) on any of the Smartphone Emulators that ships with VS2005 or VS2008?

If so that might be a low cost way for more developers to test Recite rather than only those who own Windows Mobile 5/6 devices.

Is the model used in Recite "adaptive" i.e. does the model have some Artificial Intelligence to evolve based on sentences and voice intonations of the speaker?

The reason i am asking this is that regardless of the sample size ( unique sentences * test population size) used for training the model people might still use other sentence structures and have different voice intonations. So does the Recite model become "smarter" albeit more "personalized" with more use?
