Well where should I start? Well this morning I got my cell phone wanting to contact my hubby only to find out that its not working , I called customer support , they tell me its the sim card, (t-mobile) n that I need to replace it ,they tell me to go to the place of purchase I do and only to find out that I have to purchase it Cause we don't have a t-mobile store here in my town seems there only retail stores. I come back home call t-mobile again !! And now they tell me that its no longer under warrenty if only it had happend two months earlier. now that sucks! I purchased my phone n made a 2 year contract with them n they tell me this . This is not good at all, Im switching cell phone companys asap!!!!
