thelove,
I'm having trouble tracking this down. In fact, your store (including description line breaks) looks fantastic in Firefox 2 (Mac), Opera 9.5 (Mac) and Safari 3 (Mac) but the store isn't even loading on your myspace page in Firefox 3 (Mac). I'm going to be asking some co-workers for assistance on this. In the mean time, this FAQ item usually clears up MySpace problems: http://www.cartfly.com/pages/faq/myspace#a2

the screen shots I took were in Mozilla so ... not sure about IE

to take a look at it, I occasionally get a thing that says the site I am on isn't allowing the store to load also....-

Donna,
I tried putting your store in my own profile on MySpace for a minute at it appears to be showing line breaks correctly. I'm attaching a screenshot.
I believe the problem is indeed likely style codes in your store, but to be sure, please let me know:
1. What browser you were using
2. If your problem persists in other browsers
This will help me isolate your problem.
Thanks!

I know there is a possibility it is the coding in my profile, but it is a really, really simple code - nothing too fancy. I've removed the store from the MySpace page until I get this all figured out, but if you need to see it or the coding, just let me know on that. My store URL:
https://saphoros.cartfly.com/saphoros
The first image is how it is supposed to look. Second image is how the same product appears on MySpace.

I was unable to duplicate this problem. My descriptions still look fine, and I used bullets. Additionally, as you say, the typeface, font size, and color remain intact.
To figure out why you are having this problem, I'm going to ask you to post your store URL as well as 2 images, depicting:
1. How it should look (how it looks on your admin page, "subdomain store", blog, facebook, or elsewhere), and
2. How it does look (on MySpace)
How can you take screenshots?
On windows: http://www.wikihow.com/Take-a-Screens... or Mac: Try Skitch for easy screenshots

Why do product descriptions lose formatting on MySpace?I had descriptions laid out very nicely in my store, including line breaks, bullet points, etc. When I put the store out on MySpace, it lost all of that formatting except for the font, font size and font color. Absolutely everthing was crammed together with no spaces or line breaks. Is there anything that can be done about that? It looks HORRIBLE!

Looking into this. We'll get back to you. For now, roll with the assumption you can augment but not contradict the terms of service layed out on our website. Any TOS specified on your About page my not be legally binding.
I am not a lawyer (IANAL) and this is not an official company answer at this point, just guidelines for the interim.

Individual Store Policies and TOSCan an individual Cartfly store have it's own return policy and terms of service listed on it's About Us page?
