still need help! tried to install version 2.5.3, however once i went through the setup wizard and tried to open it, it gave em the same error message i noted above. please help!

i got this message on startup too:
An unknown error prevented Miro from startup. Please file a bug report at http://www.getmiro.com/bug.html.
please help, i have no idea what to do, i just cannot open miro at all. i have version2.5.2
i just tried to install the new version 2.5.3 and it doesnt allow me to download as it times out...hellllppp please, i dont want to lose all my playlists !!!

i have this problem too, i had to restart my pc and when i tried to reopen miro, it gives me exactly the same error rmessage as sams (above). i have the older version 2.5.2
