Is there a way to pause a recording in the force matrix?

I often tape meetings that go into executive session and would love to be able to pause the recording so that when it plays back I don't have any dead air of a screen that just says the meeting is in executive session and will return shortly.

I had a problem about a month ago that Cablecast has stopped working and we figured out that it was because I was reusing show id #'s. No I find that some of the shows that were created when this happened are still appearing in the 'Modify Schedule' window but now when I search for shows. Is there a place that these 'ghost' shows are store that I can delete them. It gets confusing when creating a schedule.

Both mpegs that have been recorded directly to the cablecast server and that we have uploaded using the DVD Import program are hiccupping as they play. Meaning it freezes for a second and then plays fine. Any suggestions on how to rectify this would be great!

"Show has been queued for transcoding." Is the message I am receiving but the show has been queued for over 12 hours now and still have not transcoded. Is there away to force it through? I have rebooted the VOD server and it still does not seem to be working.

playing the wrong DVD

We play some of our programs from a multiple DVD player and from time to time Cablecast will play the wrong DVD. For example, at 4pm today it was scheduled to play DVD 15 and instead played DVD 25. It played the DVD for the time alloted for DVD 15 but DVD 25 was 30 minutes less so we had some dead air. Why is this happening?

Music Volume in Carousel

We have tried everywhere to raise the volume of music in carousel but it still isn't loud enough. When we were first set up about 2 months ago the volume was fine but it hasn't been in a while and have tried trouble shooting this ourselves but haven't had much luck. Is there a setting we may be missing somewhere?

When I am recording a meeting and encoding, the encoding doesn't seem to start right away. I usually get a message that looks like this

And then my recorded meeting is missing the first couple of minutes. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, so we checked where you said to change the record quality and we were already in the right parameters, any other suggestions? our playback from the SX4 still comes out dark.

they are being encoded by the SX4, anything encoded by it plays back dark. All that is encoded to the server now are meetings that were encoded live.
