Sarah's dashboard

I see that it has been months since an employee from Skype has commented on this thread. What are they doing to solve it? Searches have shown that this problem was reported as far back as 2005 and there has been no fix or even taken seriously by skype - a search on their help page does not come up with this problem.
I think the only solution will be to use an alternative to skype.
