It's because we're displaying your first name instead of the numbers -- for example mine would say "Sara on Goodreads" instead of "1223504 on Goodreads". You don't have a first name listed, you have an additonal-name being Karina...

We actually have the ability to connect with other DandyID users, and find which services are important to them.

Go to "My Contacts" from the left navigation after logging in. You can also then click "Discovered" to view people we think you know on DandyID, and make connections from there.

If you upgrade to Pro you will also have access to normalized statistics of what services are important to your contacts and all DandyID users, as well as an RSS feed and alerts when your contacts add/edit their list of services.

Thanks for your feedback! I agree, leaving some of the fields blank may entice users to fill out more of their profile (ie. tags, bio). We'll definitely consider these suggestions in the next deploy of public profile pages.

Sorry for the delayed response -- the iPhone application has been on hold while we're working on other pressing features; new features may determine the focus of the iPhone application.

We'll keep you posted when plans for an iPhone app release come to surface; in the meantime, would love to hear what type of features you'd be looking in it!

You cannot change your e-mail. Yet. We may add that; but soon you'll have the ability to claim more than one e-mail address. Thanks for the feedback, we will keep you posted when these features are available!
