Saviour's dashboard

hi guys, I use ping every few hours and it worked fine before i went to bed last night, now this morning, it won't update any of the 4 sites mentioned above.

I havn't changed any of the options, and the only thing I did which was different was last night i posted a twitpic on their site through the titter app......since then Ping doesn't work at all!

Anyone else having this problem? Any ideas?
