When you login are you logging in at https://greenoliveweb.oliveapp.com or lawrencecopeland.oliveapp.com? The top URL doesn't change dependent on the client, it stays the same, ie. I have ykw.oliveapp.com - all my clients login and would see ykw.oliveapp.com

The client has the options, the same as you - to upload files relating to their job posting - this automatically happens and is not an option for the user.
If you set up a new user, logout of your account, log back in with the username and password that the client is using, you will see they have the option to upload files too.-

Hi Will,
The uncomplete button should be back for you - we are looking at a better way of deleting a job today as currently you can only delete a job that is in yellow status and doesn't have credits assigned yet.
We are looking at a simple, 'delete' button for whatever status the project is in.

Completed jobs are not deleted, they are archieved and get replaced on the main screen with newer jobs.
If you want to delete a job that is complete you need to mark it to "uncomplete" on the right hand side of the jobs section - this will take it's status back to yellow and you can then delete the job.
I'm not sure if you got my previous tweet as my Twitterific is playing up, but I love what you've done with your re-branding (from what I can see from the login page) it looks superb!
