Ask the manager at your usual store - they may be able to stock more of them. There's not an automatic system for alerting them to items that are understocked (only over-stocked) so that system is you! :)

Try ordering it "no-water". Not sure if it's a cutback-thing or just a accuracy-training-thing, but sometimes there's too much water mixed with the chai formula before the milk gets added. Order it without water for the full flavor - much better!
