I setup a new twitterfeed account to point to http://twitter.com/MediaPost. The RSS document it's supposed to be pulling from (every 30 minutes) is http://www.mediapost.com/twitterrss.xml.

How long before this starts working?

I'm posting to this url:

using http post. I wrote a short ColdFusion script that grabs content from my RSS feeds and posts them to the twitter url above.

All of my posts are duplicated, weather I include a url or not. Is there another url I should be using to post from my script?
