Hi Steve.
We do plan to release a "plus" version of the service which includes more options for customisation and integrated PayPal payments. However, we don't have a schedule in mind at the moment.
We don't have anything in place for cross posting jobs, though we do offer feeds and an API for getting jobs out of your job board. So with a bit of external development, you could take jobs from your board and post them elsewhere. Not sure if that's what you had in mind, but let me know if you need more details.
Thanks.

Hi Mahibur.
It's not possible to change those options at the moment. There's a big trade off between making something configurable and making it easy to use. We're trying to keep it easy to use.
It's possible in future we will have more configurable options, but it's not in our plans currently. Sorry I can't be more positive.
Thanks.

Hi Basil.
This is a known problem to do with address/country with a non-Roman character set. Addresses for some countries, including Russia, cause an error. We use the Google geocoding API to get addresses, but currently it is not possible to force it to use English language names. We were waiting for Google to fix it, but we might need to find a workaround.
In the meantime, I have changed your address to the English language version and you profile is now live.
Thanks.

Hi Michal.
We use the Google Maps API for geocoding and it decides what language to show based on the language of your browser. If your browser language was English it would give you "Czech Republic".
I have changed your country to the English name, to keep it consistent with others. We are looking for a way to make this happen automatically.
