I sent a video created by my Flip camera... using the flip software to email... but it does not appear to have worked... is this the same issue as with my Sprint phone... i.e. their format is incompatable with yours?

Has there ever been a fix for videos sent from Sprint phones... I'm using the Sprint Instinct and sent my video twice... but, it has never arrived on my page at 12 seconds.
