We are in the process of getting our new languages rolled out to our users around the world.
ConceptShare will be rolling out Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Russian over the next 30 days. We are finalizing the translations and will be implementing the additional languages as soon as they are done.

We tried that when we built out conceptshare ...but what we found was there was too much information on one screen. Suddenly the markups don't make sense and get confused with each other.
We opted for each comment to be on it's own.
I would suggest checking out the print summary feature .... this gives a complete history of all the conversations.

We are currently looking into the issue. Seems to be a problem with the utility that we use to render the capture.
Regarding not hearing from our support ...none of the team received the support issue. We are very responsive to anyone having an issue ... did you send that request to support@conceptshare.com?
