It's possible that a file didn't make it all the way to our storage servers, but highly unlikely that all the synths you try and view have missing files. It's possible that you can see our website, but there's some problem getting files from the storage servers (which have different server names.) Try it out without your proxy server?

Photosynth requests files on port 80 over HTTP.

Hi, login to the site, click on your personal page in the upper right hand navigation - "Zazbob's Synths" in your case, and you'll see a list of your synths. On each synth, you'll see a little "x" in the upper right hand corner. Click that and your synth is gone!

Photosynth runs great on Intel 900-series graphics accelerators, and is decent on 800-series. If you have older hardware than that, it's not guaranteed that Photosynth will work. If you're running in IE, you might want to try Firefox, or vice versa.

Hello - let's get Photosynth working on your PC. Your system should be supported.

Firefox 2 and 3 are supported browsers. If you're using Firefox, and getting a message from the Web site that tells you that we don't support your OS, you could work around it by using IE7 to do the install.

Hi - I'm sorry you're having problems synthing. This is a more general error code, so it's tough to pinpoint the problem with just that information. My first suggestion would be to try the synth again. (I know - it's a long haul if it's a large collection of images.)

The good thing is that Photosynth won't try and upload your images again, so it should be faster the second time. Please let us know how it goes!

Hi, you might want to try closing all of your browser windows and clearing your cache before trying again. I've seen this error once or twice during sign in, but it succeeds after a second try.
