It's possible that a file didn't make it all the way to our storage servers, but highly unlikely that all the synths you try and view have missing files. It's possible that you can see our website, but there's some problem getting files from the storage servers (which have different server names.) Try it out without your proxy server?
Photosynth requests files on port 80 over HTTP.

Hi - I'm sorry you're having problems synthing. This is a more general error code, so it's tough to pinpoint the problem with just that information. My first suggestion would be to try the synth again. (I know - it's a long haul if it's a large collection of images.)
The good thing is that Photosynth won't try and upload your images again, so it should be faster the second time. Please let us know how it goes!
