Scott Mallinson asked a question in BBC on December 19, 2008 15:39:
Can iPlayer in fullscreen override 'appearance' of screensaver? When viewing iPlayer in fullscreen every 15 minutes or so (what is set on my PC) the screensaver appears disrupting my iPlayer viewing pleasure and reverting iPlayer back to the default window size.
I know that Microsoft Media Player 10 allows for the overriding of the screensaver from appearing, and because the iPlayer looks to use the playback mechanism of Media Player 10 I would have thought the settings/preferences would be maintained.
So is it possible for the iPlayer to override the screensaver from appearing when in fullscreen mode?-

Scott Mallinson replied on December 02, 2008 20:12 to the question "songbirds new icon not so good, wheres the bird?" in Songbird:
I must say that I much preferred the sleek black and white Songbird icon than the current orange one.
I also found that the black and white icon stood out more on my desktop. How many icons for apps are simply black and white, the orange icon market is 'owned' by Firefox, which itself is a web browser.
Songbird should stick to consistent branding, the current icon is completely detached from the website, and keep away from the colour territory of other similar apps.

Hi Britta,
I have had a look at the article you posted a link for, and whilst it provides a valid reason for the use of the nofollow attribute on links, I still do not feel that it is a property that should be used.
The reason provided suggests it removes the threat of users using Delicious for spam purposes, however implementation of the nofollow attribute on ALL outbound links holds ALL Delicious users in contempt.
The specific issue is:
Some URL name
By using the nofollow attribute in the link ensures that search engines, such as Google do not treat the webpages where the link is displayed within Delicious as a valid resource, effectively ignoring that the link appears there.
The following is also true:

Scott Mallinson shared an idea in Delicious on September 27, 2008 20:24:
Remove the use of the nofollow attribute in linksWhilst the nofollow attribute is used in links to prevent spam from appearing in search engine results, it limits the search results and is going someway towards a closed internet.
