I want a list of files/directories that are NOT backed up

IS there anyway to see a list of all the files and directories that exist in directories (and sub directories) I have marked for backup that are NOT being backed up?

If I get carbonite to backup my documents folder, but have some files (probably deep in sub directories) that are excluded from the backup (video files, exe files... etc), there is no way to know what is not being backed up without looking through the directory structure and looking at the green dots. This simply isn't practical for people with hundreds of directories (and even more sub directories).

Avoid Mozy!!! I used to use Mozy with a private key, but at some point in time Mozy changed the key it was using so when it came to restore my data I could not, not to mention that Mozy's full restore process is abysmal

I know the key I supplied mozy was good because I used the same key for other services without issue. Carbonite is not perfect, but so far I prefer it to mozy.

Still looking for the perfect online backup solution that wont cost an arm and a leg.

in fact I just made a desktop app using prism. Just follow the instructions given in the video linked above, but use prism instead. Oh and make sure to use the socialthing.com/iphone UI it is much better.

The lifestream, should show (in addition to what is shows now), all the items from your facebook news feed. Currently I social thing doesn't replace logging in to Facebook to check my newsfeed. But I wish it would.
