TiVoHD. Gray screen freezing. Only way to resolve is to soft reboot.
Tivo forums say either 'software problem' that Tivo hasn't fixed in 3 revisions of 11.0
Tivo customer services says it is a 'signal strength' issue either 'too strong or two weak.' People on the forums have tried all of the suggestions without avail. This is both on the analog tuning as well as CableCARD. My issue is just analog tuners.

Does anyone have any workaround <or> know internally if Tivo really is fixing this issue?

Ultimately, this makes TiVo useless. If it is frozen, it doesn't record programs.</or>
