At http://life-user.blogspot.com the Outbrain rating and recommendations display above the "Read more >>" link, making it harder to find. How do I put them below the link (and ideally below the tags as well) instead?

I'd like to use Best Recommendations on http://life-user.blogspot.com, but I'm concerned about whether articles on my blog -- and other articles I have an interest in -- will still get publicity. Is there any way I can set a minimum percentage of recommendations that must be to pages in my blog or Bukisa articles by people in my network?

When I try to log in, I get the message "There's a problem with your OpenID provider." How do I fix this? My OpenID URL is <http://life-user.blogspot.com>. I don't have a username and password, so I need to use OpenID to log in.

Although Amazon and TigerDirect are both listed as supported stores, neither of the following gives a pop-up or the search spinner; and yes, both are single product pages:

Both work fine if .ca is changed to .com, but this gives US dollar prices and US shipping costs.
