There used to be a way to "create a ticket" on their support page. They've since deleted the page, as far as I can tell, and it redirects to the "zen" help desk page. (Not very zen for me. I'm still frustrated as all get out.) – Sara Halperin, on November 13, 2009 15:02

P.S. Aside from changing to a completely new Twitter account, is there any way to get my current account "whitelisted" for search again or am I just screwed forever?

I've retweeted this and think it's a fantastic idea, but I still don't know how to fix this problem. They are not issuing ticketed help requests anymore and the link you provided from here: http://socialsupport.pbworks.com/Shoq... just goes to Twitter's "ZenDesk", which, as you noted above, does not help.

I'm extremely frustrated and, while I do Tweet a lot, I have a lot of followers and I am no spambot or anything.

Does anyone here know HOW to contact Twitter about this? They used to have a "contact twitter" part on the website, but it looks as if they've deleted it and none of their F.A.Q.s helped me.

I have the same problem. I don't show up in the public timeline, search, or hashtag searches. Can anyone help?
