Actually, since I've had this question I've found that using RTM as a google chrome app works quite nicely on my windows machine. Still looking for something for my mac, though.

Hi Terry, Thanks for your response to this. The ability to add television shows that we have bought on DVD in a category other than Movies would help keep our catalogues in order. It's a bit of a strange concept but I think because they originated in different media, even though they end up on the same medium, they are still thought of as separate categories.

Does this help clarify or just confuse?

It's disappointing that scanning is not as easy as they made out in the descriptions on the site. I wanted to scan all my trade paperback comics but now I'm told they're too shiny? It's bad enough that there's no support for Australian barcodes but I thought I'd at least be able to scan all my US product.

It's very frustrating. I hope a solution is found soon.

If there are 16 employees listening and participating, why haven't we even heard a 'We're aware of the problem and working on it'? I feel bad whinging about a free product but I think we'd feel better if the issue was at least acknowledged.
