can't post to seesmic. get "you must record a video" validation error

i've been on seesmic today with the wp plug in which works great aside from a few strange things. i thought videos posted to the plugin wouldn't appear elsewhere but they do...on my friendfeed etc.

the big problem though is i am unable to post videos through the new white interface. pretty basic huh? below is a screen grab of the behavior. i've had this issue on both ff3.0.5 and safari

another point of weakness is the new user signup page. the response after clicking submit is very laggy. so bad that it doesn't appear to work!

Just checking notify.me out and i see the nifty alltop topic options to add feeds en masse. Bad idea! Now I am stuck with a bunch of sources I don't want and no quick way to delete.

Please make removing sources as easy as adding them. Thanks!!

I'm working on a non profit site that is interested in video commenting on their blog. is there a way to use seesmic such that the videos are not republishable elsewhere e.g. the public timeline or facebook by default?

the site will be wordpress based and used by registered users posting private blog entries these users would want their videos to be the same.

mine is working right now but it seems spotty. my guess is that twitter isn't pushing the updates that boxee is sending but who knows?

oy....deleting our own tweets is so basic...and necessary for those of us that drink and tweet. coffee that is. :-)
