Monique replied on July 01, 2008 09:51 to the discussion "Front Page Graphics" in SynthaSite:
To add graphics to your page you can either:
1. Drag and drop an image widget
2. The file manager dialogue box will pop up
3. Upload a picture from your computer
4. Press ok and an image will be added to your page!
Or:
1. Drag and drop a text widget onto your page
2. Click "insert image" on the text editing toolbar (the icon that looks like a green tree in a picture frame, roughly in the middle of the toolbar)
3. The file manager will open up and allow you to browse for a select an image
Using the text widget allows you to insert a number of image in the same text box.
The tutorials Sean and I directed you to in our other post will give you more ideas on how to add graphics to your front page.
Best wishes

Hi,
You need to upload images and drag and drop them onto your page with the image widget.
You can read more about this here:

Sean Nieuwoudt replied on June 30, 2008 09:11 to the question "How do I use the RSS feed to publish my podcast" in SynthaSite:
Hi there,
I am going to try help you with this as much as I can even though I have not published a podcast myself on iTunes.
Firstly you need to read the Apple spec at http://www.apple.com/itunes/store/pod... and http://docs.info.apple.com/article.ht... to make sure you understand a bit more about the process.
Then, create your actual podcast and upload it to your SynthaSite website. Keep in mind you max upload file size is 5 megs.
Once you've done this, use the File Widget and link to your podcast file (I'll explain why in minute)
At this point, you will need to publish your site so that you can get the url that links directly to your podcast file. Go to the published site (eg. xxxxxx.synthasite.com) and click on the file widget you pasted and copy its Url.
After you've done this, go to the first link I gave you and copy that example feed out and paste it in a text editor (Not MS Word) and edit the info as directed.
Edit the example itunes feed to reflect your podcast information and paste the url or your podcast (the url you get after clicking on the file widget) in "enclosure url".
To add an image to the "itunes:image" tag, you can upload an image to your SynthaSite and use a url similar to the following:
http://xxxxxxx.synthasite.com/resources/<image name="true">
replace "xxxxxxx" with your subdomain and <image name="true"> with the file name of the image you uploaded.
Save this file as "podcast.xml" and upload it to your SynthaSite.
Now, click on https://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/M... and enter your website url as follows:
http://xxxxxx.synthasite.com/resource...
Replace "xxxxxxx" with your sub-domain name.
That's all there is to it I think. If you want to add more pod-casts, your simply upload the podcast file and edit the podcast.xml file to reflect the new entry.
Very important that the <item></item> pair of tags indicate a single podcast, so when adding a new one, you copy those tags and everything between them and paste them underneath the last "entry" pair.
I hope this helps,
Let me know if you get stuck and I'll try help you as much as I can.
Sean

hi Gareth,
Ok, i've taken a look at the script source on the website. You can try to get it working by replacing the following line :
top.location=page.toLowerCase()+".html";
to ->
top.location=page.toLowerCase()+".php";
That might work, but i cannot vouch for this script working effectively. Let us know how it goes.
