I've been looking into the photo uploading problem and, unfortunately, I don't yet have a solution. These sorts of intermittent problems are the most difficult to figure out as, obviously, they don't happen all the time. I do have a couple of leads that I'm chasing down, but no firm answers yet.
Is there a certain time of day when you encounter the photo uploading error most often?
As far as the journal page problem goes, it would be helpful to know a little more about your computer. Do you know which web browser you're using and which version? Is it Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari? Also, does this problem happen consistently?
Again, I'm sorry for the delay in helping you. We'll do our best to get these problems resolved!

I'm sorry that you've had difficulty deleting your account, I know that can be frustrating.
If you log in to the site, then click on the "My Account" button in the top, right corner of your screen, you should then see a link to delete your account at the bottom of the page.
Did you already find that link but encounter a problem when you tried to use it? If so, please let me know and I can delete your account manually. Just email me directly at sean@totspot.com so I can verify you're the account holder.
Again, I'm sorry for the problem--I'm sure we can fix it quickly for you.

I'd like to reiterate Mike's apology. We definitely dropped the ball on this one and I'm sorry for that.
I have fixed the problem and you should now be able to change your child's profile picture. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you run into any further problems and we'll get back to you right away.
Also, I have a suggestion that might make lots of sites, including TotSpot work better for you. It seems you're using an old version of the Internet Explorer web browser. Upgrading to the latest version by going to http://microsoft.com/ie and clicking the orange "Download Now" button will get you the latest version and, as I said, should improve your experience browsing the web.
Thanks again for giving TotSpot a try and I promise we'll do better in the future!

OK, I successfully removed the profile you created for Luna. For what it's worth, I also fixed the underlying problem that caused the error message you saw. In the future, you and other users who wish to delete a child profile should be able to do so without problems.

I'm very sorry that you encountered this problem. It appears that a recent update we made to TotSpot broke the delete link. I've corrected the problem and you should be able to delete the profile now.

Hi, I'm so sorry that you encountered this problem. I've investigated it and have discovered why it is happening. It will take a day or two for me to get the fix added to the site (we want to make sure the fix doesn't cause any additional problems).
In the meantime, I can delete your account for you if you'd like. Or, if you prefer, you can delete the account yourself once I've updated the site with the fix. Either way, I'll post an update here once the fix is in place.
