Using interactive bulletin - requires login? Index page will not load.I've created a "demo" of the interactive plug-in, it's basically a food order screen. I've used a setup of about 6-7 HTML pages with the proper CSS and images zipped up into a file (making sure that the index.html is in the root of the zip file). When I set it up on the Carousel player, internet explorer does not load the page, with the possible reason saying that the page requires a login.
Any idea why this is happening/how to fix it?
Thanks,
Sean

I am having this same exact issue. Is there any way to clear out the cache so the layout will update? It does update easily if I change significant information, but if I change a layout element, it may be days before I see an update. In turn I have to delete the template and create a completely new one.
Thanks!

This makes sense, as we just figured out the first solution on our own. HOWEVER, there is something not right about how it's displaying. We've set the spacing of each item to 1, but there is a huge gap (maybe 2 fields worth) between the Item ( in which we're displaying the category) and the actual items list. And the gaps between items are larger than they should be.
And what happens in the case when we need to format the Categories (set as title tags) in a different format than the other titles. Is this possible?

Trying to get an RSS Buellitin to format correctly...Hello,
I am having a difficult time setting up my RSS feed on a dynamic bulletin. Basically we need the feed to display a Channel Title, a Category, 10 Items, and then repeat numerous times. The output on Carousel should look something like this:
Channel Title
Category
Item 1
Item 2
Item 3
Item 4
Item 5
Item 6.....
Category
Item 1
Item 2
Item 3....
Category
Item 1
Item 2
Item 3
Item 4... ect ect
It was under my assumption that the RSS file should be set up as follows so this would work in Tightrope:

x10

x10

x10
By setting it up the above way, I figured making a template with the following fields in Tightrope would work:
#ChannelTitle#
#ChannelCategories#
#ItemTitle#
and this should repeat the items until the next category, in which it would display that, right? Unfortunately this does not work, and I CANNOT figure out why, or figure out any way for it to work for that matter. It just fills the #ChannelCategories# field with that exact text, not the actual categories, and only displays ONE item, then repeats #ChannelCategories# with an item after that.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Solo to Solo templatesIs it possible if I create a template, zone, channel, the whole deal on one solo, to download it and send it to another solo, or would I have to go through all the steps again to recreate it?

Crawl/Flash?I have a layout with two bulletins on the top and a crawl on the bottom. The left section will sometimes contain a flash video, sometime images. How can I make it so the crawl resizes the flash video?
