If it makes any difference, the only odd thing I can think I've ever done that might affect locating me in search is that I changed my username from disserto to seanhussey a few months ago. I didn't come up on twitterholic.com after this change. (I know that's not related to Twitter, but I thought it might be useful info.)

The newrelic_agent log seems to be fine. In some cases, the mongrel may be restarted twice within 120 seconds.-
