Is there any way to reach out to the user or figure out if the problem has been solved?

Ivy,

You shouldn't have to enter the recipient's name. If you go to your Missions
tab, choose the correct card (with the right code), and you click play card, you should be able to play the card without entering a username.

If this isn't the case, please take a screenshot, because something isn't right.

It's not currently possible to do so, Pablo. We're currently plugging away at a method that will allow you to go back and edit missions, but I'm not sure if it'll mean that you can go back that far and edit mission details. More information to come as we get closer to releasing the feature :)

Willem, you're right. The "Top players this week" board is .. well .. buggy. It's supposed to take into account karma earned in the last 7 days, but, it does so very poorly right now. We need to work on the leaderboards a bit more, and we're aware that time needs to be put into this.

Thanks for pointing it out though, we want all the feedback we can get.

Any new Akoha player goes through a stage called "Guest mode" where they do not need to enter any identifying information should they not wish to do so. So the answer is yes, you can play without registering :)

To the first issue, we actually had 4 videos made (it's in the blog!) telling users how to sign up and how to play, but our site's drastically changed since, so I really need to redo them soon :)

As for the second option, you're right, it shouldn't be possible, but it is for now. We're currently trying to figure out ways to make the flow less confusing.

i love it! This idea rocks! yes, karma needs to be redefined, reworked, and re-implemented. That's not going to happen overnight, but it's on the plans.
