Yeah, I think so too. As a customer I was thinking I could change my plan easily, wothout giving credit card information, because my trial time was still going on.

But that is a minor problem. Your program is great and I will recommend it to everybody!

Thank you, problem solved - I found out I cannot change the plan unless I give my payment information.

What is wrong? i try to change my plan from startup to indy - just because I am running just one project. But the change of plan does not work! This is not a matter of money. 14 dollars or 6 dollars, it does not matter - but I would like to know why I cannot change the plan. Does anyone else have the same experiences?

This is my question too, because nI like to run photo competitions and the all the photos aprticipating the current competition would be nice to store in the same. Anyone for answer? So far the only solution is to create a new, generic user and give everybody the password. But: How can I then identify the participants? They all show up as the one generic user?
