During Forgot Password Process, I Never Receive Email with New PasswordLogging in problem, for some reason when I come to the "Get Satisfaction" page to write questions. Before I can post it, I have to log in. When I do, it gives me a password error. When I click the "forgot password" link to have it sent to my email, nothing comes in therefore forcing me to create a new account with a different email. How can I get this corrected. This is great stuff. Thanks -

I clicked on the link that is attached to the video that you can place on facebook but, when you do, it takes you to my Blastoff back office. So, if I was a customer and I received the facebook invite and clicked on the "viral video" link, it would take me to another video that I could watch but, the "Learn more" link takes me into my back office. Do we want customers to see our back office? Anyway, I was really just looking for an embed code so that I can place the video on my website to offer people. Can you help? Please advise. Thanks. -
