Have a Garmin Forerunner 405 that will not hold a charge. The product is still within the warranty period. What are my options?

Love my Nike Vomeros! I'm on pair #3. These are super-cushy, light, and a great shoe for a neutral footed runner who runs medium to high mileage. And they are Nike+ compatible.

Frustrated with T-Mobile's service
I have horrible internet connectivity on my Blackberry 8120. I bought it a month ago, and the Internet has not worked reliably since I bought it. My biggest frustration was being in an area where I had full bars and could not establish a web connection. I could place calls without any problems, just no Internet. And I was standing next to another T-Mobile user with a Blackberry Curve who had no problems.

I've been with T-Mobile for nearly 4 years now, but at this point, I'm not happy with the service. I would like either to be released from my contract without penalties, or I want a new phone for free.
