Just to clarify, logged-in users are voiced and are still visible in the users list on the right. The list auto-hides after the chat loads. There is a button in the lower right corner to un-hide the list.
ustreamer-* users are not listed in the list however they are still allowed to view the chat.-
A comment on the question "I have a topic that I can't update. The URL has a redirect loop." in Get Satisfaction:
Is it possible to have it removed or somehow hidden from view? Right now if one of my customers clicks on it they have a somewhat negative experience. – shac, on July 16, 2009 15:17 -

I had duplicate topics. I closed one but the other wouldn't close. I then merged them. After merging I can't do anything, it times out.
