these comments by him on tempurature v. windchill strengthens my prediction: " If I hold a thermometer in an open field and an icy wind blows on it,what happens to the temperature reading? Nothing??? Of course something happens, the temps go lower."
"Important: Measured temperatures/recorded temperatures are influenced by wind chill."
(huh?)
And when they shout: "What is -54 f? It's a temperature. Come on people, a thermometer in an open field when blasted by continuous +30mph icy winds will read lower! Not at ambient!"
