With some diagramming shapes and different arrows and lines to clarify relationships between elemts. Not being able to work on paper myself, it would make it the perfect digital sketchbook. Especially when you'd even add Evernote-export.

Add more shapes like badges, tags, ribbons, spheres, triangles, rectangles, circles, cones, tubes and cylinders, (thus, the mothers and fathers of geometric shapes) 3D Boxes, boxes with rounded corners. Make them editable: union, add, substract, intersect, path cut (like a knife)

Optional: And see if there's room for basic freeform drawing - lines / pencil etc. Last but not least: make it easier to draw patterns out of existing forms, to simulate backgrounds (like stripes, and dots)
