I think I've seen somewhere there was some conflicts between Clicky or ClickTale and GA, not sure (you might want to search for that on Google). Make sure to remove the "catch/try" from there while you debug... Use something like Firebug to see if there are any errors, etc. At this point, it's not a WASP bug and if you need more help I'll be glad to look into it as part of my consulting practice. – Stephane Hamel, on November 07, 2009 16:44

WASP detects ClickTale and Clicky on your pages, but somehow, GA doesn't seems to fire. Even if you see it in the source code it doesn't mean the code actually works. WASP looks at the running code, not the source code. If it doesn't show GA in the status bar, there is a very high chance the code isn't working. Do you see stats in GA at all?

You might want to try removing the "try/catch" around the GA code while you are testing, so if there's a JavaScript error at least you will know about it.

This happens with some AMEX card, but not all of them. Answer from payment processor was "ask your client to call Amex to see why it doesn't work"...

That would be a Firefox setup configuration, not a WASP specific related issue. There must be a way to do this, but I'm afraid you will likely and quickly run into other issues if your profile is so loaded :(

Hmmm... I see... you want the whole chain of redirects. This is not something WASP actually shows the original URL and final URL of the page itself, but not for the tags. I understand your need but this is not actually a feature supported by WASP. I can certainly add it to the list of future enhancement and see how it would fit in the long list of features and enhancements!

Yes, when using WASP Pro to do a crawl, the resulting output includes the original URL as well as the final URL destination, so redirections are properly handled.
