Stephane Hamel set one of Stephane Hamel's replies as an official response to "Does WASP allow floating licenses?" in Immeria
Stephane Hamel replied on September 16, 2009 13:05 to the question "Does WASP allow floating licenses?" in Immeria:
WASP is licensed per-user, but once a user got a license, he/she can use it on any of his/her accounts on any computers.
In your case, if you have 20 employees using WASP on a regular basis, you should buy 20 licenses. For 20 licenses, you would get a 40% discount. Alternatively, if you are thinking of purchasing WASP Pro, a corporate license would be preferable. It would grant any of your employees the full benefits of WASP for Market Research (which includes WASP Pro features).
In fact, if you are an agency using WASP to support your clients and resell value-added services, I would strongly encourage you to go with a corporate license to benefit from higher level of support, feature suggestions priorities, being showcased on the WASP web site (to come), etc.

A comment on the question "Finding GA setVar label in WASP" in Immeria:
I have made a minor fix so the setVar() value will now be shown correctly. But this was not preventing the WASP sidebar from showing the call. Can you let me know the site where this is happening so I can do some more tests. – Stephane Hamel, on September 15, 2009 20:37
A comment on the question "Only one page has been crawled in the report" in Immeria:
Lee, this support group is for helping people who are using WASP, the product I've built and I'm selling (see http://WebAnalyticsSolutionProfiler.com), not for general web analytics implementation support questions such as yours... – Stephane Hamel, on September 14, 2009 16:06
A comment on the question "Only one page has been crawled in the report" in Immeria:
Please note: WASP is not picking up any tags on your page, which likely mean your implementation isn't working at all.
However, this page is for WASP support, not your implementation support... – Stephane Hamel, on September 14, 2009 15:26
A comment on the question "Is it possible to log onlick requests?" in Immeria:
You had an interesting trick I didn't know about!
I guess this will be resolved in the upcoming release, where I'm changing the sidebar view to make it easier to accommodate on-clicks. – Stephane Hamel, on September 09, 2009 12:34

Stephane Hamel replied on August 31, 2009 13:49 to the question "System requirements" in Immeria:
Requirements for WASP are those of Firefox 3.
See http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/...
However, the more memory, CPU power and faster network access, the faster crawls will run.
Not also that I'm reengineering the crawls to be much faster and efficient, but still run within the browser to be easy and to use.
A comment on the question "Is it possible to log onlick requests?" in Immeria:
In fact, I want to change the sidebar so it will show an history of the calls rather than page by page info. This will solve the refresh issue. I'm working on it right now. – Stephane Hamel, on August 17, 2009 14:20

Hi Jose,
this sounds strange. Tags should work all the time, or never, for the same page. If you see the tag going by in Live HTTP Headers but not in WASP there is certainly something going on in WASP. Can you send me an email with a couple of URLs so I can look into it? (email shamel at immeria dot net)
A comment on the problem "he WASP tool doesn't seem to find my Atlas media console tags, nor Quantcast, which are on the page. It odes find Google Analytics and WebTrends... what am I doing wrong??" in Immeria:
Hi Nancy,
only alternatives for an "enterprise wide" solution are Maxamine (now Accenture), ObservePoint and WASP. All three solutions have different methods and offer different capabilities... and varies greatly in prices.
WASP continues to be enhanced and offers the least expensive solution and enjoys a very large user base, which means any bug or issues are quickly raised and usually solved within 48 hours (for major issues) or usually in the next version (trying to keep a 1 to 2 month release cycle)
