chat.blenapps.com link goes to blank page

Currently using Google Chrome--I can get to blendapps.com. But when I click on "chat.blendapps.com" in order to moderate my integrated userplane chat on ning, nothing happens. Blank screen. In IE I keep getting :

"The website cannot display the page
Most likely causes:
•The website is under maintenance.
•The website has a programming error."

This site has been down A LOT over the past couple of days. What gives?

Yep, same here. Makes chatting absolutely no fun whatsoever. And people whose profiles are getting cloned are understandably upset and most are leaving our site...

I had 15 cloned profiles in my userplane ning chatroom today. Some were spamming and all were suspected "banned" users. This is becoming a SERIOUS problem.

Am frustrated with the same issue. I've also had users log in under separate IP addresses, making it impossible to ban them from chat. It would be great to have the ability to ban individual IP's.

Userplane is a handy chat program, but it seems to have glaring security issues!

Banned users are exploiting this security loophole and cloning profiles and spamming our chatrooms. And/or coming in with no pic or profile this way. Virtually unstoppable.

Error Message--can't log into chatroom OR blendapps

I admin a Ning site with an integrated userplane chat room. Every time anyone tries to log into chat--and indeed, whenever I try to access my blendapps account--we get the following error message:

"App Engine Error

Over Quota

This Google App Engine application is temporarily over its serving quota. Please try again later."

Is all of blendapps down?

It is a "login required" userplane chatroom. I attempted to boot this person via the moderation feature numerous times and nothing happened--it was explained to me by another user that this can happen if a user is logged in under multiple IP addresses? Yesterday I banned the Ning member who was identified as the hacker and have since not had any flooding issues, so perhaps this either solved the immediate problem, or they simply got bored and left. However, I am assuming that if it can happen once it can certainly happen again.

We created the site mainly as an alternative to Myspace chat, which was constantly being attacked by this kind of spamming. Any suggestions or input would be greatly appreciated!

Hacked Room!!! HELP!

HELP! I admin a blendapps chat on my ning site and someone has been in our chat room flooding our room all day. I've made multiple new rooms but they have hacked every single one. They keep coming in under a moderator profile (they've changed the name to "Admin" and are coming in under multiple IP addresses) and I've tried booting them but they keep coming back and flooding every room I make. Have changed the blendapps/google password three times so far.

I agree...but what is Blendapps doing to address this???? My malware warning on my google chrome has been going crazy for the past two days, all relating to the banner ads...!

I admin a userplane chat on my Ning site. Today several users have complained of getting malware/virus attacks while in the open chat window. Could this be a blendapps issue? Ning issue? I don't even know where to start...HELP!

Here is a brief description from one of our users:

"Donata:ATTACK FROM 204.95.40.87 PORT 25167 ATTACK PORT 43459 THREAT BankerFox.A

Donata:ATTACK FROM 215.138.67.26 port 25167 attacked port 9954 Threat Win32/Nugel E."

She and a handful of other users have stated if it happens again they are deleting their accounts...

Having similar issues. Ads suddenly enlarging and pushing the top part of the window off screen. *I* have had this happen, as well as getting complaints about the same, from other users. This just started happening yesterday (April 24).
