I understand it takes a while to make some of these changes, but what I don't understand is why we have to pay for it. Many other engines such as Ning, allow us to use half of the features that you have to pay for on SocialGO, for free. Why is that?

who IM not working?
so as a lot of people started signing up for my site, my who-IM widget stopped working. it shows up, but it doesn't send the IMs. can someone fix this please?
