Mr. Friedlander,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I just got off the phone with FedEx and they confirmed the delivery address with me. The FedEx site indicates (and they verbally confirmed), your package is out on the FedEx vehicle for delivery today. I passed on both your telephone numbers to the FedEx terminal in case they have problems.
I will watch the tracking number today, also FedEx will email me when the package delivers to you.
Please note this package is marked Signature Required. FedEx will not leave it with out a signature.

You should be able to take the recorded disc out of the camcorder and play it in any player capable of playing that format.
Because I am not sure of the brands and capability of the units, you may want to give our call center a call (800-769-5668) if you have concerns.

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with your Samsung MP3 Player. I would suggest giving Samsung a call at 800-726-7864. Let them know what is going on.

Thanks for the question, and it's a good one! I wish that I could give you an exact date but as of now we are still in the dark. We have open purchase orders in the system but have yet to receive an update from our vendor. I do apologize. The Blu-ray model number was the Panasonic DMPBD80K. I'm not sure if we'll offer the same Blu-ray(or any player for that matter) with it again once the TV becomes available. Some of these offers are manufacture sponsored events, so we may not have a say. I encourage you to use the "Notify Me" button if you already haven't, to receive an email once the product lands. Thanks for the question, and great camera choice. I am going to have to refer you to Panasonic on this one. Vann's does not sell or ship any of our products out of the United States, so I am not familiar with international warranties at all.

I agree with the reviews, they are both great units. Have you had a chance to view them?
The Pioneer KRP-500 you will need to add your speakers, and a tuner.
The Panasonic, you can just plug and play. I would suggest a surround system for either unit to get the full HD experience.

Unfortunately, we are not always able to have the better price. I am guessing because of quantity purchased, they may have gotten better pricing from the manufacturer.
Please keep in mind our price is out the door price, we do not have sales tax in Montana, depending on your location, that might be an advantage for you.

Great questions. My suggestion would be to find out from Direct TV what you will need from them to upgrade to HD and get a time frame as to when they might be able to do that for you.
Once a product purchased from Vann's ships out, you will get an email with tracking information, which would give you an idea as to when that product will deliver. At that time you would be able coordinate a time with Direct TV.
Installing wall mounts can be difficult, depending on the type of mount and the brand of the mount, and of course where you are putting it. as well as the size of the Television and many other factors.
As for package pricing we can certainly consider it. I would recommend contacting our product specialists at 800-769-5668. They would be able to assist you with package pricing as well as installation of wall mounts and may be able to help you choose the best one for your application.

Great question, I am not sure where Samsung is manufactured, however I know they are not made in the USA. Each unit has a sticker on it indicating its country or origin, but that is right on the unit, so I have no way of knowing for sure.
As far as another brand of TV made in the USA, I am not aware of any brands that are made in the USA.
