It isn't really important at this point, however, according to Brntbeer in a similar posting, it was not in the TOS a week ago. As I have stated I have read the TOS multiple times prior to posting my question as to where it was written. it was NOT included in the official TOS on playspymaster.com until recently. http://getsatisfaction.com/spymaster/... is the link to the posting I was referring to.

I do play fair. My point was that you can't expect to hold someone accountable for something that isn't in your TOS. Not all players of the game come over to getsatisfaction to get their policy revisions. For example, I had never heard of this policy/rule until coming over and reading it.

So, therefore, I have not yet agreed to this portion of the TOS since it is not yet in the official TOS at this point. So technically speaking, it is not a violation until it is in the official TOS.

I am about to hit the Elite I level and know that I will be reset. Will my points, the ones that I earned/purchased be reset as well or will I still have them on Elite I level?
