shape's dashboard

Hi,
my collegues and i registered three accounts at ping.fm (one for each of our domains). It worked well for one day. The day after none of the accounts worked anymore. This is about half a week ago and nothing changed since then. I don't thin it's possible, that all of us wrote down wrong login dates.

So what can we do? Help please ;)
