Hi Brainjuice, thanks for asking. It's been 20 days and I haven't heard back from Tweetburner. I can only assume that my original account has been deleted? That really sucks because I had months of data in there and seemingly no way to access it. You can be sure I am looking for another, more reliable URL-shortening solution - perhaps from a company that values customer service?

This sucks Twitter! I spend months carefully building up followers, and now I've lost 500 of them in a single swoop! I've also lost approximately 200 people I'm following. This really sucks. Can you fix this please? I have been loyal to Twitter throughout many outages, but this really messes with the relationships I've been painstakingly building. You really need to fix this asap. Thank you.
