A very important feature. Here's how it should work in my mind:
Subject = wiki page title
Duplicate? Either append to bottom, append to top or replace. Site-wide wiki setting.
Content = wiki page content
Attachments = attachments to the wiki page
This is how SocialText does it. Very intuitive.-
