yep, this is from a hard reset it does this so NO software issues. this is purely a SpriteBackup-HTC issue

I'll tell you Sprite Backup 5.1 worked perfectly on windows 6.1 it just didn't have PIM data available. I should have never switched because now I have a worthless product that will not restore and and won't do scheduled backups.

Mine also only works with one-touch and I am using the version for a touch pro
I just get
error: backup failed
or warning : couldn't set file access times for windows/notificationmanager.dll

but never the same erro always one or the other but usually just the nondescript ERROR one

Full version of latest sprite backup and it works great on a manual backup but failed every time on a scheduled one. I upgraded because I wanted PIM data but it's not worth it to have to do it manually everytime
